Stress Reduction Relaxation Group

At St Paul’s Episcopal Church

In a safe, quiet and relaxing environment with nature’s music, focus and relax your body and mind. This group will meet four times: every Thursday from 6 to 7:15 pm, starting July 28^th and finishing August 18^th. 

 

Register ahead. Bring a pillow or soft cushion to make your chair more comfortable. The group is led by John Tracy, PhD, LISW, director of the Tracy Relational Institute, LLC. There is no charge. Church members and the general public are welcome. However, please do not bring infants or small children.

Vacation Bible School 2016!

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is coming to St. Paul's July 18th through 22nd, 2016. Our VBS starts with dinner at 5:30pm and runs until 7:30pm.

Our theme this year is "Fruit of the Spirit" (click for more info).

This VBS is filled with incredible Bible-learning experiences. Kids see, hear and touch. Team building games, cool Bible songs, and active Bible adventures are just a few of the activities that help faith flow into real life.
